OKC Metro Alliance’s mission is to assist Oklahomans who want to recover from (alcohol and drug) substance abuse by providing (months) long-term residential work recovery through FIRSTEP and to offer alternatives to incarceration through the operation of the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Public Inebriate Alternative.
