VICE PRESIDENT of FISCAL SERVICES

OSU Institute of Technology in Okmulgee, OK is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Vice President of Fiscal Services. This position provides high level institutional leadership focused on continuous quality improvement to ensure a more customer service, student-centric, accountability-driven and trust- based institution. This position is responsible for the fiscal soundness of the Campus. This includes the following areas: Accounting, Bursar Operations, Campus Budgeting, Human Resources, Auxiliaries, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Facilities and Campus Police.

The Vice President for Fiscal Services is responsible for providing efficient and effective processes for fiscal challenges; providing innovative and creative methods for funding strategic initiatives. The successful candidate must develop, facilitate implementation, and monitor fiscal service processes that produce value-added outcomes. Must have strong teaming and human relations skills. Ability to write and speak fluent English, compose correspondence or documentation, perform complex accounting and fiscal calculations to include forecasting. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business or related field and five years of experience in Higher Education or Business required. Masters degree and CPA preferred.
