Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

• Travel assignment through August 8, 2026 (89-day duration)
• Work with sub-acute rehabilitation patients in a skilled nursing environment
• Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver quality patient outcomes
• Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients and families

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active West Virginia Speech Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Skills checklist completed within one year for specialty area
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
