American Traveler is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA, with SNF experience preferred and mentorship available for those with 0-1 years of experience.

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting located in Monterey County, CA
• 13-week contract
• Flex schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
• Position may require floating to a sister facility within walking distance
• Documentation completed in Net Health per facility standards

• Active CA PT license required
• SNF experience preferred; mentorship available for candidates with 0-1 years of experience
• Strong documentation and time management skills required
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration

• Responsibilities include evaluating and treating SNF patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team
• Focus on improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functional independence
