We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Fort Worth, TX where you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. Position requires working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and providing patient- and family-centered care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science.
- Current state respiratory therapist license in good standing.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
- Minimum one year of experience as an RRT in an acute care or hospital setting.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with ventilator management and arterial blood gas interpretation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a tertiary or trauma hospital setting.
- Advanced certifications such as ACLS or PALS.
- Familiarity with transport ventilators and high-flow oxygen systems.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 07:00–18:30.
- Rotating weekends required.
