ProKatchers is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel job in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Duties: Job Summary: -Under the direction of the Radiology Manager and Diagnostic Team Leader, performs a variety of diagnostic Procedures with technical expertise and competency. -Understand the daily operations of all radiographic equipment and departmental flow to obtain optimal imaging and patient care for diagnosis and measure of disease. -Performs and assists in various general diagnostic procedures that produce optimal imaging with diagnostic quality according to the department’s policy and procedures daily. -Follows standards for routine diagnostic exams, positioning, patient care and documentation as prescribed in the procedure manual set forth by the imaging department. -Provide optimal diagnostic imaging and radiation safety for the purpose of diagnostic interpretation. -Selects the appropriate technical factors, safety devices, and operates all imaging equipment as directed. Education: Required Education: -High school diploma or GED. -Technical diploma from a radiology program. -Complete all hospital and Radiology Department mandatory education as required annually. -Responsible for maintaining the continuing education required for this position. Required Certifications & Licensure: - Radiology Technologist (RT) from the American Registry for Radiologic Technologist (ARRT). -Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) issued through an organization that requires a hands-on instructor lead psychomotor skills verification (ex. American Heart Association or Red Cross). -Obtains 12 CE credits/year for ARRT Compliance, and 6 CE Credits of which are offered through CHOP Radiology Initiatives. Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -N/A Schedule Notes: Schedule: 8x5 or 4x10. Shift: Primarily Day Shift, with the possibility of rotating between Day and Evening shifts as needed. No overnight shifts are required. Peds Experience is a mush Have. Skills: DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING RADIOLOGY INFORMATION SYSTEM RADIATION SAFETY PATIENT CARE IMAGE PROCESSING HIPAA COMPLIANCE ALARA PRINCIPLES TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Minimum Degree Required: Hours Per Day: 8.00 Hours Per Week 40.00 ProKatchers Job ID 37313720.
