Minimum Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program.

• AART Certification in Radiation Therapy.

• Valid Radiation Therapy state license, if required by Idaho.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a radiation therapist.

• Experience operating and maintaining radiation therapy equipment and verifying treatment plans and dosages with the oncology team.

• Experience accurately positioning patients and ensuring proper immobilization during treatment.

• Experience documenting treatments and maintaining accurate patient records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an outpatient radiation oncology setting.

• Familiarity with common treatment planning systems and linear accelerator operation.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–17:00.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• No call and no holidays required.
• 36–40 hours per week.
• High possibility to extend after initial assignment.

Impacting Patient Care

As a Radiation Therapist, you will operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, position and immobilize patients during treatment, monitor patients for adverse reactions, verify treatment plans and dosages with the oncology team, and document treatments to maintain accurate patient records. Your role will directly support effective, safe care for patients undergoing radiation therapy.
