Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Pediatric OR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for pediatric patients in the operating room.
• Lead surgical teams during procedures as a Charge OR RN.
• Handle variable call requirements including overnight and weekends as needed.
• Circulate during neuro, ortho, and airway emergency surgeries.
• Facilitate smooth operations within assigned service lines such as Ortho/Spine and Craniofacial/Neuro.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for neonates to adults.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington or compact RN license accepted.
• BCLS and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 3 years OR experience with emphasis on neuro and ortho procedures.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required if OR experience is strong.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
• CNOR certification and Level 1 trauma experience preferred.
