Occupational Therapist - School Location: Trenton, NJ Agency: PRISMGLOBAL 360 LLC Pay: $1,568 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 9 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills. Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans Document services accurately and timely Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD) Active state OT license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
