LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Med Surg

Travel RN – Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg)
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience
- Observation Unit experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide patient and family education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
