MRI Tech Location: Albany, NY Agency: Concentric Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title MRI Technologist Location Albany, NY Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, Evening Shift (4:00 PM–12:00 AM or 5:00 PM–1:00 AM) | No Holiday or Weekend Requirement Key Responsibilities Independently perform routine MRI examinations with proficiency and accuracy Scan inpatient, ICU, and emergency room patients as needed Operate 3T and 1.5T MRI scanners within a multi-scanner hospital environment Document and manage patient imaging records using Epic EMR Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the MRI scanning process Required Qualifications ARRT or ARMRIT certification in MRI Active New York State license with injection authorization Current BLS certification Minimum of 3 years of MRI technologist experience with the ability to scan independently Preferred Experience / Skills Experience working in a large hospital setting (400 beds) Familiarity with Siemens MRI equipment (3T Skyra and/or 1.5T Symphony) Prior experience with Epic EMR Why Join Us Work in a well-equipped imaging department with no holiday or weekend requirements Focused scope of practice — breast, cardiac, and prostate MRI are not required for this role
