Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Meet expectations of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies. Conduct initial assessment and establish priorities based on patient needs. Perform systematic re-assessments to identify intervention needs. Develop and implement measurable individualized care plans. Participate in patient education and discharge planning. Implement and document timely interventions as per patient needs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program. Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license. Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required. Clear communication skills appropriate to patient developmental age. Experience with relevant patient population. New hires with less than two years of experience start at CN I status.
