Job Details:

• Location: Morristown, New Jersey

• Required Qualifications:
  • Current New Jersey Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) license
  • Graduate of an accredited speech and language program with a minimum of a Masters degree
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in acute, subacute, or home care setting
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Additional Information:
  • Home health experience required
  • Use of personal vehicle is required for home visits
  • Assumes responsibility for case management and demonstrates knowledge of home care regulations and insurance reimbursement guidelines
  • Acts in compliance with agency policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Participates in team and interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborates effectively with healthcare providers
  • Provides patient and family education tailored to age-appropriate teaching methods
