THE OPPORTUNITY

The Golf Room is a nationally recognized holistic coaching facility in Dublin, Ohio - and right now, we have more demand than we can serve. We're not searching for someone to build a clientele. We're searching for someone ready to inherit one.

This isn't a typical instructor role. We don't want a swing mechanic. We want a coach who sees the whole player - their swing, their body, their mindset, their equipment - and guides them through a system that produces real results. You'll work under a proven methodology, inside a team obsessed with improvement, and you won't spend a minute on anything except coaching.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 based on experience
• Bonus Plan: Performance-based bonus available
• Benefits: Medical, 401(k) with employer match, Flexible PTO
• Employment: W2
• Continuing Education Allowance: Annual budget for courses, certifications, and conferences
• Relocation Stipend: Available for the right candidate

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're a serious coach who's tired of managing a business on top of actually coaching. You know your craft - swing, short game, putting, course management - and you want to go deep on all of it inside a system that supports you.

• 4+ years full-time teaching experience
• TPI methodology proficiency
• Trackman, D-Plane, Sportsbox, and ground force technology fluency
• Competitive athletic background
• Extroverted, relationship-first personality
• Strong communicator - analogies, stories, and clarity are your tools
• Detail-oriented with the ability to build customized practice plans
• Obsessed with self-improvement and being the best version of yourself
• Coachable and a genuine team player
