Overview

This role is ideal for a PGA Professional seeking a premium, low-overhead home base for their instruction business. You'll have access to state-of-the-art simulator bays, an established and growing membership base to draw from, and the flexibility to build your lesson schedule on your terms.

Beyond instruction, you'll serve as a facility ambassador - helping prospective members experience the facility through demos and supporting the day-to-day atmosphere that keeps our members coming back.

Experience Required

• PGA Member in good standing (required)
• Experience with launch monitor / simulator-based instruction preferred (TrackMan, Foresight, etc.)
• Proven track record working with diverse golfer demographics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable in a membership sales conversation
• Self-motivated, professional, and reliable - this role rewards those who treat it like their own business
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends preferred

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver private and group golf lessons utilizing our simulator technology
• Conduct swing assessments, clinics, and seasonal camps (juniors, beginners, women's programs, etc.)
• Host facility demos for prospective members when the owner is unavailable
• Actively promote and recommend membership to lesson students and walk-ins
• Assist with light facility upkeep and ensuring bays are guest-ready between sessions
• Serve as an on-site representative of The Back Nine brand and standards
