We’re looking for a Cook to join our summer camp team, preparing meals that fuel fun, adventure, and unforgettable experiences for campers and staff.

ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Cook at Camp Fatima is a seasonal role responsible for preparing meals for campers and staff using set menus and recipes. You’ll support daily kitchen operations, including cooking, food prep, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on culinary experience in a team-oriented environment. We’re looking for someone reliable, positive, and comfortable working with a variety of cuisines.
This is a seasonal role from June 4 to August 24, with the potential for ongoing or full-time opportunities after the summer. Camp operates seven days per week from 7:00 AM through 7:00 PM. Schedule days and hours may vary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure food safety standards are being followed at all times
- Cook and prep food correctly based on recipes and specifications provided from the Chef/Genuine Foods
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all food is prepared on time.
- Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties
- Keep area stocked and organized
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be flexible & team-oriented!
- 1 year of line cook or culinary experience preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and level headedness.
- Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy.
- Able to climb stairs and lift up 50 lbs.
