What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to a diverse pediatric caseload
• Work closely with families to develop individualized, meaningful plans of care
• Engage children through fun, motivating, and creative therapy approaches
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team committed to quality care

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington State Department of Health SLP license or interim permit
• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compassion for children with special needs and unique abilities
• Clinical experience or strong motivation to grow skills and deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatment
