Untitled We are looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent! FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE!

Rich & Gardner Construction Co. Inc. is an established Syracuse-based Commercial Construction Company seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent who will be responsible for the overall site control of a commercial construction project located in Rome NY. They will interface with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and assigned project staff to ensure projects meet all construction specifications and contractual requirements while also meeting or exceeding company expectations.

Responsibilities:

-Supervise construction projects from start to finish
-Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
-Monitor project expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
-Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
-Review and interpret construction plans and blueprints
-Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
-Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
-Address any issues or delays that arise during construction
-Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and RFIs

Qualifications:
-10 years of commercial Superintendent experience
-Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
-OSHA 30 Certification
-Familiarity with quantity take-offs
-Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Location: Project is in ROME, NY Area
