Description
Women’s Firstep is a long term residential work recovery program where women rebuild their lives with structure, support, and community. We’re looking for a part time Resident Advisor who wants to be part of that journey. This role is all about being present, approachable, and supportive. You’ll be the steady person on campus who our residents can turn to for questions, guidance, and day to day needs.
At OKC Metro Alliance, our mission is simple and powerful: increase sobriety, decrease incarceration, and recover lives. Our Resident Advisors play a big part in that mission. You won’t be doing clinical work or case management. Instead, you’ll be providing encouragement, helping maintain a calm and safe environment, and offering that grounded peer presence that makes all the difference while women work toward long term recovery.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy connecting with people, staying calm under pressure, and celebrating progress both big and small. If you have a heart for helping women rebuild stability and confidence, this is a role where you get to show up, make an impact, and be part of a community that believes deeply in second chances and new beginnings.
