Reclamation Agent – Ohio (Employee Position)

Honor Resources Company is seeking an experienced Reclamation Agent to support ongoing projects in Harrison County, Ohio. This is a full-time employee position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in right-of-way acquisition, construction support, and damage claim resolution, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment. 

Responsibilities:

Acquire and secure right-of-way agreements as needed
Provide field support during construction activities
Handle landowner relations, including damage claims and issue resolution
Coordinate with project manager and construction managers
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements

2–3+ years of ROW acquisition experience
Proven experience with construction support and damage claims
Active Ohio Real Estate License (required)
Notary Public (required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Must be local to the Harrison County, Ohio area

Must be able to pass drug and background test
