Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate of a Commission on Allied Health Education or accredited radiology/radiation therapy program or equivalent.
• Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy.
• Current New Mexico state licensure upon hire.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Two to five years of clinical radiation therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with IMRT preferred.
• LDR/HDR experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience working in a hospital radiation oncology department.
• Demonstrated competency in immobilization, patient positioning, and treatment verification procedures.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:00-17:00.
- Work Days: Monday - Friday.
- Work Type: Full Time.

Impacting Patient Care
Provide radiation therapy to patients as prescribed according to established practices and standards. Review prescriptions and diagnoses. Act as a liaison between providers and support staff. Prepare equipment such as immobilization devices, treatment, and protection devices. Maintain records, reports, and files. Assist in localization of tumor and dosimetry procedures as assigned. Maintain required core competencies and comply with facility policies and procedures.
