Panther National is a private golf and lifestyle community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, anchored by a 7,864-yard championship course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas. Since opening in 2023, the club has established itself as one of the most distinctive private club environments in the country - and a home course for some of the game's top professional players.

We are seeking Professional Caddies and Player Ambassadors to enhance the on-course experience for our members and guests. This is a seasonal position with a start date of October 15, 2026. This role is well-suited for assistant golf professionals, recent graduates with a strong golf background, and experienced caddies looking to maximize their earning potential at a world-class, service-driven facility. Female caddies are encouraged to apply and have found significant success in this role.

Experience Required

• College degree or Assistant Professional preffered
• Service industry experience
• Passion for golf & Golf knowledge
• Strong playing skills a bonus
