Requirements
Job Summary and Qualifications
- Running the day-to-day operations including reconciliation of end-of-day for our main office
- Tracking budget and financial performance of the business
- Provide guidance for running our office-based-surgical suite
- Manage a team of 13 employees and coordinate the subject matter training required to excel in their respective roles
- Provide oversight for accounts receivable, billing and coding claims
- Compile and discuss monthly productivity reports to the physicians and practice owners
- Generate and implement ideas for revenue growth and general practice improvements
- Improve office efficiency
Necessary Skills
- Knowledge of medical front and back-end operations/flow/efficiency
- High-level competency with EHR systems (we use ModMed), spreadsheets and other data applications
- Experience with inventory applications
- Demonstrate a high degree of organization
- Experience with payroll processing (we use ADP)
- Ability to self-start and work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven and team-focused attitude
- Ability to identify areas to drive efficiency and productivity
- Ability to multi-task
