We are currently partnering with highly respected plaintiff-side employment law firms in Seattle seeking attorneys who are passionate about advocating for employees and pursuing meaningful litigation.

These opportunities offer the chance to work on discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, consumer protection, civil rights, and class action matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys in supportive, mission-driven environments.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–10 years of litigation experience
• Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association
• Employment litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and client interaction
• Desire to take ownership of cases and continue developing as a litigator
• Plaintiff-side & defense-side experience is welcome
