• Clinical Shift Schedule: Mon–Fri; 8a-5p

PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Adult patients
• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 20 patients per day
• Phone Consults: Virtual visits as needed
• Case Mix: Adult primary care, preventive medicine, acute and chronic disease management

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Active TX Medical License
• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Clean Record (highly preferred)
• Completion of ACGME or AMA-approved residency program
• Experience in outpatient adult medicine or primary care required
• At least one professional reference within the past 24 months required
