Physical Therapist - Rehab Services - Acute Care:- $15,000 Sign On Bonus Position.

- This position has flexible scheduling but does requires weekends.
- This position comes with weekend pay of 25% on top of employees base rate for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

- As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional care to patients in an outpatient setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Administering various therapeutic treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities (such as ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, and electrical stimulation), and patient education.
- Educating patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention to ensure long-term recovery and improved functional outcomes.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet their rehabilitation goals.
- Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with departmental policies and industry standards.
- Providing excellent patient education to empower individuals in managing their rehabilitation and preventing future injuries.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety guidelines.
- Experience: Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred.
- Licensure: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license in the state at the time of hire.
- Education: A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program is required.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and team members. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Patient Care: Ability to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds independently and up to 150 pounds with assistance. Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and moving patients during treatment sessions.
