What You'll Do

• Create & Build: Cut and assemble wooden pallets using powered and hand tools.
• Package with Care: Prepare, package, and crate products for safe shipping.
• Stay Sharp: Verify part quantities and types against customer orders and spot shortages before they become issues.
• Own Your Work: Follow shop orders, collaborate with leads, and keep production flowing.
• Drive Efficiency: Meet or beat production goals while maintaining top-notch quality.
• Think Safety First: Operate tools and equipment responsibly and follow all safety guidelines.
• Keep It Organized: Practice 5S principles and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
• Grow & Improve: Participate in continuous improvement activities and cross-train in other areas.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math and measuring skills (we'll help you sharpen them!).
• Comfortable with PCs for scanning and data entry.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English (translation assistance available upon request).
• Skilled with tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• A team player with strong time management and attention to detail.
