QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Washington State Principal Certificate
• Master’s Degree in Educational Administration or related field
• Successful experience as:
  A classroom teacher (required)
  A school leader (preferred)
• Knowledge of:
  • Instructional best practices
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • School operations and staff supervision
  • Washington State education systems and requirements
