Overview

Overbrook Golf Club is seeking a motivated and personable Outside Services Manager to join our team. This individual will work closely with the Professional Golf Staff and Caddie Manager to ensure exceptional service for our members and their guests. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere.

A proven, team-oriented leader dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, member-focused environment for guests and staff alike.

• Experience in private golf club operations required
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on member and guest experience
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to engage members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed

Essential Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train outside services staff
• Develop and manage staff schedules
• Supervise daily operations and ensure completion of all assigned duties
• Oversee and maintain a fleet of 60 golf carts
• Maintain practice facilities to club standards
• Manage inventory of essential supplies (tees, scorecards, pencils, etc.)
• Assist with tournament setup and execution
• Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
