Rep. Morrison’s District Office seeks an enthusiastic Outreach Director to build strong community connections, drive constituent engagement, and support Rep. Morrison at outreach and events efforts. This is a unique opportunity to help set office priorities and make a real impact on our community.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead outreach strategy and initiatives
• Build partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and leaders
• Coordinate and participate in community events and meetings
• Gather community feedback for office priorities
• Prepare briefings and reports for Rep. Morrison

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Strong communication and people skills
• Creative problem-solver; adaptable in fast-paced settings
• Project management and organizational abilities
• Event planning and logistics experience
• Clear, concise writer

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Minnesota’s Third Congressional District
• Background in public service
• Experience with veterans’ communities
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Internet Quorum)

Working Conditions

• Some nights/weekends.
• Hybrid work environment possible.
• Valid driver’s license required.
