They interpret prescriptions given by one of our optometrists or ophthalmologists, they fit and dispense eyewear, guide patients through lens options and coatings not to mention contact lens fittings with state-of-the-art technology. Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must have 1-2 years of experience as an optician Must have strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities Must have a strong knowledge base working with MS, Outlook and multiple EMR systems Comfortable working in a fast-paced optical practice Working hours are: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm and Friday 7:30am-12:00pm We offer a full benefits package with medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, supplemental plans, 401K and PTO
