Hillsboro, Oregon, is in the heart of the "Silicone Forest,” home of Intel and numerous high-tech companies.  With rural and urban areas, it is evolving into a diverse multicultural community with a small-town atmosphere.  It is located 20 minutes from the beautiful city of Portland, one hour from the Oregon Coast, and 1.5 hours from great Northwest skiing or world class windsurfing.  Outdoor activities abound all four seasons of the year, and the arts are abundant.

The Hillsboro Eye Clinic, established in 1971, has six full-time ophthalmologists, two full-time optometrists, and a dedicated support team.  Our practice, at three locations, serves the needs of our community with comprehensive eye care and specialty representation in glaucoma, medical retina, and cornea.  We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated individual who wants to attain partnership status.  Our new associate will be taking the place of a current full-time ophthalmologist retiring in the summer of 2027. Our primary need is comprehensive ophthalmology, although subspecialty training would be strongly considered. In particular, our practice would support an oculoplastics surgeon if they were interested in still practicing some general ophthalmology. 

Our practice is unique in that incoming physicians are paid with the same production formula as partners- collections minus overhead.  With our busy practice in need of another ophthalmologist, our new associate will have no difficulty quickly earning a salary that is above the national median. Opportunities for ancillary income in optical, real estate, and ASC also exist in partnership.
