Requirements
Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist
Board-certified or board-eligible (MD/DO)
Eligible for Washington licensure and DEA
Surgeon who thrives in a high-volume, high-performance environment
Strong communicator who values team-based care

$300,000 – $1,000,000+ earning potential (base + production, no artificial ceiling)
