Baystate Regional Cardiology – Western Massachusetts
- Our premiere multidisciplinary practice provides non-invasive, interventional, structural heart management and intervention, advanced heart failure and the full spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic services to a population of over 800,000 people. Baystate Medical Center is our 700+ bed tertiary hospital and Level I Trauma Center. You’ll have the full breadth of resources available in our academic Heart & Vascular Service line.

Exceptional Compensation & Benefits
Our non-invasive cardiologists earn a base salary and annual incentive compensation. The range below represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are based on assumed full-time commitment for exempt employees. Minimum= $380,000. Maximum= $595,000.
