Responsibilities
Neonatologist Opportunity - Spartanburg, South Carolina
We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our well-established and highly respected team at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Position Highlights
Annual deliveries: 3,400-3,900
Annual NICU admissions: 370-400
Average daily census: 25-29 infants
Lead and manage a 35-bed Level III NICU, providing full-service neonatal care including:
High-frequency ventilation
Therapeutic hypothermia
Well-baby rounding two weeks per month in collaboration with the Family Medicine Residency Program
Supportive team structure of 4 Neonatologists:
One week on service
Every other night call
One week off
24/7 NNP coverage
Strong subspecialty support including Cardiology, Pediatric Surgery, Ophthalmology, and collaboration with a 3-physician MFM team.
A South Carolina medical license is preferred but not required to apply.
