Description

This position is for the head coach of Patriot Aquatics' Silver Group:

this group consists of around 20, 11-13 year-old swimmers with not much experience and a  commitment of 2-3 practices a week.

Primary responsibilities of the coach will include:

• enforcing good practice habits (getting in the water on time for warmup, watching the clock, leaving on time, listening to coach's instructions, etc.)
• enforcing good swim habits (proper strokes, learning and executing drills, turns, streamline and underwaters, etc.)
• encouraging swimmers to realize their individual full potential in the sport.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED
• An extensive background in club swimming (at least 6 years)
