Requirements 5/7 UPDATE: Currently willing to consider 100% IR & rate $650 hr. negotiable with good availability. 3/16 UPDATE: Need rads with more than 6 wks a year to be considered (the more availability the better) and willing to work at the site they are needed the most. Must be willing to cover sites for both NWIR & CIR practices in IN: Lafayette, IN (Franciscan), Terre Haute, IN (Union), & Northern IN sites will be discussed during interview 3/5 UPDATE: Looking for multiple rads with availability more than 6 weeks per year (the more availability the better) and can offer 7 days straight.
