Texas Gastroenterology locums focused on a true week on, week off structure with no call or rounding, built around predictable clinic and procedure days that protect your time off.
Practice Setting
- Clinic & procedures only, no inpatient responsibilities
- Dedicated clinic and endoscopy suite support staff
Schedule
- Week on, week off coverage
- Monday through Friday only
- Daily hours are 8a to 5p
- Typical week includes 1 to 2 clinic days and 3 to 4 procedure days
- No call responsibilities or rounding
Cases and Procedures
- General GI procedures only
- Clinic volume runs about 20 to 25 patients per day on clinic days
- Procedure volume runs about 15 to 17 cases per day on procedure days
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Texas medical license required, facility will not wait for a license
Credentialing
- Credentialing timeline is approximately 60 days
