The Good Shepherd system is a total of 5 facilities: Longview, NorthPark, Kilgore, Marshall, and Henderson (new build) will soon open in Aug 2025. The hospital will allow locums to work at Kilgore and Marshall ONLY at this time. Will the facility accept alternative boards? ABPS? NoRESIDENCY TRAINED REQUIREMENTS Marshall will accept EM residency trained docs only. ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BALS Required? Not required for ABEM STAFFING MODEL MDDO Marshall has an average of 25.86 MD hrs/daySTAFFING MODEL NPPA Average of 11.29 NPPA hrs daily PHYSICIAN SHIFT TIMES Monday: 7a-4p, 1p-9p, & 9p-7a. Sunday & Tues-Thursday: 7a-3p, 2p-10p, & 9p-7a. Friday - Sunday : 7a-7p & 7p-7aNPPA SHIFT TIMES Mon-Tues: 10a-10p.
