Practice Setting

• Outpatient preventative care and traditional primary care
• Medicare population, majority of patients are 65 plus
• Team based environment with nurse practitioners plus MA, scribe support, and clinic RNs
• Common conditions include diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, CHF, mild cognitive impairment, and coronary artery disease history

Schedule

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Full time commitment required due to new clinic ramp up
• Initial assignment is approximately three months, with a strong preference for continuity closer to six months
• No call coverage

Workflow and Documentation

• Charting in Canopy and Greenway
• Credentialing target is about 30 days from acceptance
• Axuall precheck is required, complete immediately and share your login with the credentialing team so they can finalize work history on your behalf

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Pennsylvania license required, client will not wait for license
