What You’ll Do
- Manage a full caseload from pre-litigation through trial
- Handle discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents with precision and persuasiveness
- Draft legal opinion on a variety of matters
- Provide strategic advice to clients and develop creative solutions
What we are looking for
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Texas
- Residency in Texas
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: commercial trucking, real estate disputes, or general business litigation
