We’re looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in employment law and/or litigation in the state of California.

Reporting to our partners, you will be responsible for working with employer clients directly to provide advice and counsel on day-to-day employment law issues, drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, drafting discovery and review and analysis of responses, meaningfully participate in and contribute to overall strategy from case inception to completion, taking depositions, engaging in negotiations, legal research, and networking/marketing.
What you’ll bring to our team:
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
1-9 years of experience in employment law, or litigation, or both
1,650 minimum billable hour requirement
Analytical and forward-thinking
Excellent communication skills
Executive presence and strong leadership skills
Excellent legal writing skills
Ability to travel for client obligations (i.e. appearances, depositions, mediations, etc.) as needed
Willingness to provide mentorship

Competitive compensation starting at $130,000 - $195,000 based on experience

Requirements
Licensed to practice law in the state of California. Valid driver's license.
