Alpine Country Club in Highland, UT is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Position Overview:
Alpine Country Club is seeking dedicated and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality food and contributing to an exceptional country club dining experience. Our kitchen operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on consistency, creativity, and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items to Alpine Country Club standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed
- Work collaboratively with chefs and team members during service
- Assist with prep work, cleaning, and organization of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment at all times
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating standards
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-volume environment
- Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Food safety knowledge (ServSafe certification is a plus)
