Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's needs and craft individualized therapy plans aimed at achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ research-driven methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy techniques to foster continued progress at home.
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans dynamically, ensuring sustained improvement.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement for ongoing education and advanced certifications.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
