Job Description- Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's needs and craft individualized therapy plans aimed at achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ research-driven methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
- Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy techniques to foster continued progress at home.
- Track and Record Progress: Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans dynamically, ensuring sustained improvement.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Encouragement for ongoing education and advanced certifications.
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
