Requirements

*Provide a range of professional massage therapy services, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages, based on client needs and preferences.
*Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their medical history, current conditions, and desired outcomes to customize massage treatments effectively.
*Create a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment for each client.
*Properly drape clients and ensure their privacy and comfort throughout the massage.
*Apply appropriate massage techniques with varying pressure and strokes to address specific client needs and promote relaxation and pain relief.
*Offer recommendations for follow-up treatments and self-care practices to enhance client well-being.
*Maintain accurate and confidential client records of treatments provided.
*Adhere to all sanitation and hygiene standards, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the treatment room and equipment.
*Tidy and restock their assigned treatment room daily, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-supplied with linens, oils, lotions, and any other necessary items.
*Ensure the proper use and maintenance of massage tables, chairs, and other equipment.
*Stay up-to-date on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry trends through continuing education.
*Effectively communicate with clients regarding appointment scheduling, treatment plans, and any concerns.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and encouraging repeat bookings.
*Adhere to spa protocols and procedures, including appointment scheduling, payment processing, and client record keeping.
*Participate in spa promotions and marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
*Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
*Maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor at all times.
*Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
