Love Tonya Wellness is a veteran-owned wellness practice in Fayetteville, NC, serving clients through medical massage, VA Community Care massage, mobility support, and whole-health care. We are looking for a teachable, compassionate, and dependable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team.

Pay

Starting pay is $23 per hour, with the opportunity to increase to $25 per hour after 90 days based on performance, reliability, documentation quality, professionalism, and fit with our care standards.

Therapists are paid for approved hands-on and hands-off time.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Massage Therapist will provide professional massage therapy services in alignment with Love Tonya Wellness standards.

Duties may include:

Providing therapeutic, medical, relaxation, and wellness-focused massage sessions

Working with veterans, including clients referred through VA Community Care

Completing SOAP notes and session documentation accurately and on time

Supporting client goals related to pain relief, mobility, stress reduction, and whole-health care

Following treatment plans within massage therapy scope of practice

Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional treatment room

Communicating professionally with clients and team members

Participating in training related to VA documentation, medical SOAP notes, and clinic procedures

Assisting with light hands-off duties when not actively in session

Upholding confidentiality, professionalism, and client-centered care

Training Provided

Love Tonya Wellness provides training in:

VA Community Care massage standards

Medical SOAP note documentation

Clinic procedures and professional expectations

Client communication

Treatment planning within massage therapy scope

Whole-health and mobility-focused care approach

Some continuing education may also be paid for as part of employee development.

Schedule

Part-time position to start, with room for growth as client demand increases.

Availability during weekday business hours is preferred. Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

Current North Carolina massage therapy license or be eligible for licensure

Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain it

Strong communication skills

Willingness to learn Love Tonya Wellness protocols

Ability to complete documentation accurately

Dependability and respect for client appointment times

A heart for serving veterans, people in pain, and clients with mobility challenges
