At Align Massage & Yoga Studio, we provide therapeutic massage, yoga, and holistic wellness experiences in a space rooted in care, connection, and professionalism. Our mission is to help people feel better in their bodies—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
We are looking for two Lead Massage therapists to to support the growth of our massage team and help uphold the quality and experience Align is known for.
This role is ideal for an experienced therapist who naturally leads by example and is ready to take on a supportive mentorship role within the team ensuring a high-level client experience while supporting and guiding our team.
What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality, therapeutic massage sessions
Maintain high standards for client care and overall experience
Support and guide newer therapists through mentorship
Assist with onboarding and training
Be a positive and grounded presence within the team
Ensure treatment rooms and shared spaces are clean, calm, and professional
Help resolve client concerns with care and confidence
Encourage rebooking and long-term client relationships
Support business growth through organization, consistency, and leadership
Qualifications
5+ years experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or service-based business
Strong foundation in structural and therapeutic bodywork
Leadership or management experience preferred
Licensed Massage Therapist (MO)
Strong communication and emotional intelligence
Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
Ability to lead a team while maintaining a grounded, professional presence
Compensation
Competitive commission (up to 70% based on experience)
