Description
Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a mid-senior labor and employment associate to join its employment practice group in New York. The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years' of substantive experience in employment litigation and a desire for trial work. Experience in defending wage and hour claims, including wage and hour class action lawsuits, is desired. Superior academic and writing credentials along with New York bar admission required. The target annual pay range for this role in New York City is $350,0000-400,000+. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
