Northside Animal Hospital is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Kennel Attendant to our team. At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. Kennel Attendant

Northside Animal Hospital in Hooksett, NH

$14 - $16 hourly pay rate

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Keeping cages clean and sanitized

Various housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, taking out garbage etc.)

Walking, feeding, and picking up after the animals

Interacting with cats, dogs, and other small animal species

Occasional bathing

REQUIREMENTS

Must be friendly and outgoing as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and be willing and able to safely restrain or move dogs of all sizes including dogs that are over 100 pounds

Must be flexible with hours and available to work weekends

Must be comfortable standing, walking and being active for most of the day

Must be able to handle excited dogs who may bark and jump
