Overview
As an IT Support Technician II at Univest, you'll work in a hybrid role based in Souderton and be the go-to resource that keeps our teams connected, productive, and secure. You'll deliver hands-on, customer-first support, troubleshoot everything from desktop and application issues to phones and networking, and help improve our end-user experience as you grow your technical skills.
Responsibilities
React to help desk calls via phone, ticketing system, e-mail and in person.
Provide professional customer service across all Univest locations and diverse business units.
Troubleshoot basic and complex desktop, application, phone, andnetworking issues.
Accurately prioritize each incident and assign to the proper ITsupport group.
Work in conjunction with IT Tier 2assistance to resolve issues.
Contribute positively to enhance and improve call handling and ticket resolution including creating end-user training materials and knowledge base articles.
Move and configure PC hardware and software.
Required to be on-site 3 days per week and to travel to other Univest locations as required.
Work flexible hours as needed. This includes working from home using a personal non-cellular internet link.
Required to be part of the on-call, off-hours, rotation team.
Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
3 years IT-related work experience.
Experienceassisting Networking, Windows 11 operating systems, and corporate computing hardware.
Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, anddemanding environment but also able to work with a low amount of supervision.
Must possess a customer-first mentality.
Have a passion for technology and a desire to grow technical skills.
Experienceassisting MS Office suite and standard desktop applications.
Experience in the financial services industry is desired but not necessary.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Wage Range:
The salary for this position is ranges from $25 - $30/hr
